The significant increase in the business and in the sectors of activity led, at the beginning of 2017, to the decision by the owners to carry out a substantial corporate reorganization aimed at creating a group headed by a holding of participation and services with the aim of achieving strong efficiencies management, optimize relations with third parties and strengthen, by rationalizing their management, the process of strong development of the company's business by creating new corporate vehicles in which some of the aforementioned business lines can be brought together to enhance their content. At the same time, the centralized management of administrative, IT, HR and Quality processes, supporting product engineering, production and marketing of the same, allows the optimization of the services themselves and the creation of strong group synergies.<\/p>\n
